It also has to be taken on an empty stomach, or maybe it's on a full stomach with protein, or something like that, I'm not too sure. You can buy 5-htp at your friendly neighborhood natural supplements store. It has also never been involved in any tainted supplies that killed people like l-tryptophan was.
