I have been on 20mg of Paxil for almost a year now and the results have been fantastic. I have now returned to a normal life, my marriage is great and my career back on course. I thank God for Paxil.

I'm surprised nobody has replied to this. paxil is an excellent drug. no wonder it is second to prozac. I have been on it on 20 mg (sometimes up to 40mg) for more than a year now. the results haven't been extremely fantastic, but hey have been good. I have the same drawbacks.... I have gained about 20 pounds (although this is questionable as to whether it is the paxil or just me pigging out). My alchohol intake has always been moderate to high (I think I'm a mild alchoholic.... my mom keeps telling me to stop drinking so much.... (I am visiting parents right now)). the sex thing isn't too much of a problem (I am, unfortunately, single).... but I have noticed that I don't get horny too often... unless i'm tipsy and talking really intimitately with a chick (or watching an interesting porno). anyways..... i'm tipsy right now... so this is bad advice. paxil typically has sexually side effects.... there are alot of websites and topics on this....
