Can anyone please explain to me why my I specifically tell Ms News to download messages some of them are not cached meaning I have to reconnect to my server.

I've a friend who just started taking Prozac. His (state) medical program does not pay any amount of the cost for Prozac. The 20mg capsules he takes twice a day cost (I think ) $3 each, $180 a month. This is in southern California. Can anyone please help by recommending another pharmacy location (another state??) that sells Prozac for less??? Many thanks. While I'm here, I believe that the local pharmacies charge an insurance company about $2 perProzac capsule. Why can't an individual, paying cash, get the same price?? I asked this of pharmisist and he replied, well, that is just the deal they make with insurance companies. This same scenario can be repeated for othe medical costs, e.g. hospitals. The insurance company gets a big discount from the hospital while Joe paying cash pays about 40% more.
