I've never heard of "Presidone", but there is a steroidal anti-inflammatory drug called "Prednisone" that's used to treat moderate to severe asthma and some autoimmune diseases. It can cause dangerous side-effects, including heart damage, immunosuppression (i.e. you'll be more susceptible to infections, and they'll be more dangerous and harder to treat), bone loss, and atrophy of the adrenal glands (you don't want to know...). And no, it won't help you build muscles. DON'T USE IT WITHOUT A DOCTOR'S PRESCRIPTION! I had to take prednisone for 10 days for a severe allergy to some kind of poisonous plant. My doctor warned me to "watch it" in every way, and also said I should let those around me know I was taking the drug & they should keep an eye on me. I thought he was exaggerating until it kicked in. The rash cleared up right away, but I have never been so WIRED in my life. I did not sleep at all for the first two nights, evidently had an insane grin pasted on my face that scared my roommates, and was "bouncing off the walls" as they say... Coming down off the drug was not pretty either. I also know of one of my friend's friends who killed himself while on prednisone. Now he was severely depressed to begin with & on a combination of other drugs, but he had been on prednisone for two weeks when he did it.
