I wonder if anyone else has experienced weight gain from their antidepressant. In the two years I have been taking Zoloft, I've gained 30 pounds. I'd always been told that if it affected weight at all, it was in the opposite direction. Anyone have my experience or have any insights about it?

Have been taking Luvox for three years, and have gained 15 pounds. I've definitely noticed a weight gain with Zoloft. Am currently taking Prozac about every other day; while not gaining much, can't lose any in spite of eating very little. Part of the problem may be that the desire for carbohydrates and sugary items seems to be enhanced by the SRI's. Been taking Zoloft for 3 years, and have gained about 20-30 pounds.
