I was just wondering if it possible to have delusions and or hallucinations during depression, and if it is if you have to also take anti-pyschotics along with anti-depressants.

Definately. My only dhallucination/delusional attack came when I was depressed and under a lot of stress. I take an AD and an anti-psychotic chonically. I also have Depokate and clonazepam. Sometimes it seems to me that BP is not like a straight line from depressed to manic, but a circle. Zeor degrees is stable, 180 degrees is delusional, hallucinating. At least for me depression was the journay that I took to get to the delusions/hallucinations. I know this is not the majority's experience.
