I have been on Mellarin 30 mg for 2 weeks now. Did anyone experience side effects like hair loss while on this medication. I would be glad to read any comments...

The most common side effect is exfoliative dermatitis which could lead to shedding of body hair and scalp hair. This hair returns when you body adjusts to the drug. If the hair loss is continual or increases, talk to your doctor. That is the either the most sadistic or naive advice that I have ever seen regarding shrinks. Who the hell are you? Mellaril, like any of the chemicals dispensed by shrinks, is not something that people would pay their own money to experience. It is not LSD, alcohol, cannabis, heroin, cocaine or any other free-market choice substance of choice and therefore involving financial outlay. Who parties on Mellaril or other psychiatrically prescribed pharmaceuticals? Psychiatric drugs are poisons without a high. Mellaril from my experience is a major downer. Sexual impotence, fatigue, weight gain and liver damage are indicated in the guides to chemicals that doctors are supposed to know about. In UK the BNF, British National Formulary, is the text to read on the so-called 'side-effects' of chemicals. In other states you will find your own national 'dharmas' or 'bibles' - whatever of chemical treatments. I advise study of these sources of information that are for doctors. I'd rather have a free bottle in front 'o me than a prefrontal lobotomy...la la la la...however, it looks like our antigovernment ranter might'a had both recently...
